Suicide Support

Psychoeducation and support for staying alive — what suicidal thoughts are, what the data show, what the evidence says helps, and how to care for yourself or someone else. Crisis lines first. Education is not a substitute for care.

You matter. Help is real. You do not have to carry this alone.

What this is (and isn’t)

This hub is psychoeducation and support for adults 21 and up — plain language, cited where numbers matter, neurodivergent-friendly. Same spirit as the site’s Psychoeducation guides: informative, respectful, no scare copy.

It is not a crisis service, a diagnosis, or a replacement for emergency care, therapy, or medication when those are needed. No method content appears here.
