Holistic Medicine
Holistic medicine treats you as a whole person: mind, body, breath, heart and daily life. Whole-person healers see symptoms as messages that something is out of balance.
Care is shaped around you, with gentle practices like nutrition, massage, breathwork and herbs alongside your other care. When the parts work together, healing has room to happen.
Mind, heart, gut and breath as one
When the parts are in balance, light flows freely between them.

Close in: warm hands around warm tea

Be careful if…
- On psychiatric medication: St. John’s wort, SAMe, 5-HTP and others can interact with it. Ask your prescriber first.
- Bipolar: some “natural antidepressants” can trigger mania.
- Having surgery soon: check every herb and supplement with your doctor.
